Varonica Cooper concentrates her practice in the areas of entertainment law, general corporate and commercial law, including litigation. She provides legal services to entertainment companies and performing artists in such matters as contract review, negotiations and drafting, trademark and copyright services and formation of various business organizations. She also represents various producers and publishers in connection with shopping deals (recording, publishing, movie and merchandising).
Varonica counsels clients of all sizes in the area of intellectual property law and devotes a substantial amount of time to helping emerging businesses with their corporate transactional needs, such as developing business plans, licensing their technology and obtaining venture capital.
